RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At VILERANCE, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging included.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size was received.

Non-Returnable Items
Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration cannot be returned.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
